We need an English-fluent Project Manager, based in Mexico, Colombia, Peru or Chile, available to work remotely.We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities: Lead multiple concurrent RDE/MHE or facility improvementprojects from planning through closeout. Manage on-site logistics, crew scheduling, subcontractoractivities, equipment delivery, and installation timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,providing consistent updates, progress tracking, and issue resolution. Enforce OSHA, NFPA, and client-specific safetyprotocols; ensure full compliance across all project sites. Track budgets, schedules, and KPIs; produce dailyproject reports and risk assessments. Work closely with CPS OperationsLeadership, engineering teams, and on-site personnel to deliver projects on timeand within scope. Requirements: 5+ years of project management experience in industrial, logistics, orconstruction environments. Proven expertise in RDE/MHE deployments, warehouse retrofits, or new facilitylaunches. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Procore, Smartsheet) preferred. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced field settings. Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Willingness and ability to travel. A valid U.S. visa is a must. Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,300 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
