Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe s leading provider of customs services, operating across 12 countries. As part of our mission to deliver seamless customs solutions, we are undergoing a digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team and help drive key digital initiatives across the group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on international collaboration and cross-cultural communication.The Project Manager will work out of Poland and will be responsible for managing and coordinating group-wide projects across 3 countries. This individual will oversee initiatives related to process optimization, Salesforce-based platforms, data consolidation, and other digital transformation efforts. While not expected to be highly technical, the ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and experience managing cross-border teams. Familiarity with Salesforce, customs- or logistics software and data-related projects will be a plus.Tasks:Project Planning and ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries to ensure project objectives are metManage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycleStakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Central European ClusterFacilitate effective communication between team members, management, and clientsPresent project status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholdersProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process optimization and standardization across countriesImplement best practices in project management methodologies, adapting them to suit the needs of international projectsChange Management, rollouts and adoption of digital initiativesLead change management initiatives related to project implementationDevelop and execute training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systemsFinancial ManagementMonitor and control project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraintsPrepare cost estimates and track project expenses across multiple countries Profile:Required:Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an international contextStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environmentFluency in English both verbal and written; additional German is a plusComfortable with ambiguity and must be a self-starterPreferred:Experience with customs, logistics, or supply chain projectsFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsBasic understanding of data management and analysisPMP or PRINCE2 certificationKey Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCultural sensitivity and awarenessProficiency in project management software and toolsWhat we offer:A dynamic and international work environment A permanent position with growth potentialAttractive fringe benefits, including a pension planHybrid working model and flexible working hoursLearning & development opportunities
