We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Dandy’s Clinical Experience, the digital platform dentists use to scan, order, and collaborate on lab cases. This role will shape how thousands of clinicians interact with Dandy’s software every day, driving adoption, engagement, and loyalty through deep customer understanding, clear positioning, and thoughtful go-to-market execution.

Dandy is reimagining what a dental lab can be. By digitizing the entire process from scan to restoration, we’re helping thousands of dentists deliver better care with less hassle. Our Clinical Experience team is building the software and tools that make it all possible from seamless intraoral scanning to real-time communication with Dandy’s design and manufacturing teams.

The Role

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, curious, high-execution PMM who thrives on uncovering insights and solving real problems for clinicians. You’ll dig beneath the surface to understand what dentists actually need — not just what they say they want and translate those insights into strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution.

In this role, you’ll own how we define, position, launch, and grow Dandy’s clinical software experience — from digital case collaboration tools to in-product messaging and real-time communication features. You’ll be the connective tissue between our product, design, marketing, and commercial teams, ensuring everything we build and communicate is adopted and differentiated.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the voice of the customer: Go beyond surface-level feedback to uncover the real needs, motivations, and pain points of clinicians and bring that insight to every product, message, and launch.

  • Own the narrative: Build messaging and positioning that translate customer pain into product value and make Dandy’s software indispensable to dental practices.

  • Launch and grow: Define and execute GTM strategies for new software capabilities — from collaboration tools to real-time communication features ensuring every launch drives meaningful customer impact.

  • Drive in-product engagement: Partner with Product, Design, and Growth to craft contextual, in-product experiences that educate, convert, and delight users.

  • Enable internal teams: Equip Sales, Customer Experience, and Account Management with the understanding and tools to communicate our value through a customer-first lens.

  • Measure what matters: Use adoption, engagement, and sentiment data to validate what’s resonating and iterate fast on what’s not.

  • Lead without a playbook: Take initiative, make strategic calls, and move fast even when the path isn’t fully defined.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in product marketing, SaaS, digital health, or healthcare technology

  • Proven ability to uncover and synthesize customer insights that shape product and GTM strategy

  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving real customer problems

  • Strong communicator who can distill complexity into clear, emotionally resonant messaging

  • Experience launching and scaling digital software products in startup or high-growth environment

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable connecting data, behavior, and insight to drive decisions

  • Resourceful and proactive; thrives in ambiguity and moves fast to deliver impact
