Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Contract Product Marketing Manager to support our product and go-to-market efforts. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between product, marketing, and customer success — ensuring our product story is clear, our launches are impactful, and our customers get the most out of what we build.

You’ll take ownership of product operations tasks like maintaining our public roadmap, while also driving go-to-market activities: crafting marketing and social media collateral, leveling up our knowledge base content, and amplifying the success of our product launches. This is a high-leverage role for someone who loves turning complex features into compelling narratives and ensuring customers see — and feel — the value of our product.

About You

You’re the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product operations, ideally within SaaS.

  • Are skilled at translating technical features into clear, customer-friendly benefits.

  • Have experience producing marketing collateral — from launch emails and social posts to landing pages and in-app messaging.

  • Are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep a public roadmap and knowledge base polished and up to date.

  • Have a knack for storytelling and understand how to position products in a way that resonates with customers.

  • Are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) and working in a contract / flexible capacity.

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS, especially in a customer-centric or niche vertical market.
