Where You Are

This is a remote role, open to residents of the following US states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, and residents of Canada (excluding Quebec)

What You’ll Do

  • You own the product vision, strategy, and customer problems. You bring context and data to help the team choose solutions. You keep the team grounded in strategy.

  • You'll own a metric and have the authority to move it.

  • Our open source technology powers communications at Fortune 500 companies. Our products are landing larger enterprise deals. You'll build capabilities for customers with complex deployment, security, and management requirements.

Who you are

  • You've managed an entire product or owned significant scope.

  • You've created measurable customer and business outcomes. You can explain your specific contributions to those outcomes.

  • Our customers are developers. You communicate with highly technical people. You've built complex technical products for developer audiences.

  • You prefer autonomous, long-running teams. You talk to customers weekly. You've worked without timeline roadmaps. You know how to communicate outcome-based plans to customers and stakeholders. You ship iteratively.
