About us Sparrow is the first high-tech, high-touch employee leave management solution. Our mission is to make it simple for companies to provide their employees with all kinds of leave (i.e. family, medical, etc.). Currently, the leave management process is painful and inefficient for everyone. Company leaders struggle to keep up with regulations and processes that change frequently, and the employees going on leave are overwhelmed by bureaucracy at an exceptionally important juncture in their career. Sparrow transforms this ordinarily tedious, error-prone, complex to remain compliant, and time-consuming process into a 30-minute end-to-end experience saving teams time (20 - 40 hours per leave) and money (up to $30K per leave). Together, we are hardworking, collaborative, smart, and humble after all, we re solving real problems.About The Role We re hiring a product manager to own critical parts of our externally facing product surfaces. In this role, you ll build experiences that help employees navigate their leaves of absence and help HR teams manage leave workflows with clarity and confidence. You ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to develop solutions that balance user experience with regulatory requirements. Own and deliver roadmap priorities for employer and employee-facing workflows Use research, data, and experimentation to shape product decisions Collaborate deeply with design and ops to ensure experiences are simple, accurate, and scalable Balance the needs of multiple user types: employees, HR admins, managers, and more Tackle ambiguous, complex problem areas and work across teams to find elegant solutions Shape a product that directly impacts people during some of the most important moments of their lives Join a mission-driven team at a key inflection point post-Series B Work in a culture that values craft, clarity, and care About You 3 5 years of PM experience in B2B2C or operational SaaS Passionate about crafting intuitive workflows and reducing friction in regulated spaces Data-literate: you ask the right questions, run or spec analyses, and measure outcomes Comfortable driving initiatives with limited precedent or guidance Clear communicator and systems thinker Compensation This is a full-time salaried, exempt position.
