With deep industry expertise and proven technology, we enable businesses to unlock smarter, faster, and more scalable ways to use data. We transform transaction banking data from any source into actionable insights about your customers, their networks, and the optimal next step to engage them.
We’re looking for a Product Manager with proven experience in managing complex engineering teams and products. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a highly technical product that powers real-time data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with a talented engineering team to shape new product directions and ensure our solutions are both innovative and impactful. What you’ll do:
Own the vision and roadmap for our core platform, driving strategic product decisions and prioritisation
Partner with engineering to deliver new features, enhancements, and scalable infrastructure improvements
Bring a strong understanding of technical product challenges, facilitating the development of robust and reliable solutions
Gather insights from users, partners, and data to guide product development and ongoing discovery
Define, track, and measure product success through clear metrics
Lead cross-functional discussions, balancing priorities across technical and business stakeholders
Ensure seamless integration of our platform with customer systems and third-party APIs
Champion best practices for product delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement
What you’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience managing complex, technical products and engineering-focused teams
A solid technical foundation and the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, APIs, and integrations (engineering background preferred, but not required)
Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Experience shaping product vision in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and user outcomes
Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
Proactive, self-directed attitude and a passion for problem-solving
Experience working with B2B SaaS or data-driven platforms highly regarded
