Overview reacHIRE is seeking a contract Product Manager (Part-Time) with web analytics experience who will work with our developers to build a web analytics dashboard for internal stakeholders. This dashboard will help us understand how users interact with our product, identify patterns that drive increased or decreased engagement, and correlate usage to broader business outcomes and ROI. We are looking for a Product Manager, rather than a data science expert, because this role has many product- and UX-related touchpoints. For the right candidate, we may have additional PM project work beyond this specific analytics project. Our product is in the work/productivity/HR area. Responsibilities Assess platform usage trends across clients, cohorts, and program types Identify engagement and drop-off patterns Correlate usage to business outcomes and ROI Assess data quality and perform detailed analysis Define data dashboard requirements for ongoing measurement Work with our developers to build and deploy data dashboard Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience. Experience deploying and performing analysis with web analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business and product insights. Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Capable of identifying not only what the data says, but what it means for business and product direction. Feels comfortable making concrete recommendations on how to improve / enhance the product given the data. Nice to Haves: Contractor or consulting experience. Experience developing executive-ready presentations with clear visual storytelling. Experience in the areas of HR, Learning Management Systems, or employee engagement platforms.
