The Growth Team Lead is the owner of Kueski’s active customer growth across Kueski Pay and Kueski Cash. This PM IV-level role pairs senior product leadership with commercial ownership: sets and commits to active customer targets, and chairs a standing cross-functional Growth Team spanning Lending, Marketing, Branding, CX, Data, Account Management, and Risk.
The Growth Team Lead resolves trade-offs across these functions, prioritizes the growth levers that matter most, and builds the foundational infrastructure — lifecycle marketing, attribution, shared metrics — that determines whether every other growth initiative can succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Commercial Ownership
Own the P&L outcome for Kueski’s active customer growth and report progress against targets to executive leadership.
Set and commit to active customer growth targets, then translate those targets into pillar-level OKRs owned by named cross-functional leads; paired with leading indicators the team can move within an experiment window.
Prioritize the core growth pillars, including pricing and acceptance, activation, repeat usage and habit formation, churn prediction, and reactivation.
Cross-Functional Growth Leadership
Resolve trade-offs between competing functional goals, such as portfolio growth versus customer or merchant experience.
Lead the cross-functional Growth Team spanning Lending, Marketing, Branding, CX, Data, Account Management, and Risk, driving weekly pillar standups and monthly growth reviews.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to scope and sequence foundational and short-term growth product work, including activation, engagement, and retention features.
Experimentation & Growth Measurement
Direct the fix of foundational growth infrastructure — lifecycle marketing enablement, attribution, and the shared growth dashboard — as a prerequisite for reliable retention and lifecycle programs.
Executive Communication & Strategic Alignment
Build narratives that align cross-functional partners around growth strategy, progress, and results, and represent growth priorities in quarterly leadership reviews.
Job Requirements
7+ years in product management, including ownership of cross-functional or multi-product initiatives at scale.
Proven track record owning a growth or lifecycle P&L, or equivalent commercial accountability, ideally in consumer fintech, or consumer lending business.
Experience leading a cross-functional team and resolving trade-offs among stakeholders with competing goals.
Working knowledge of lifecycle marketing and growth infrastructure (e.g., an ESP/CDP such as Braze, attribution, CMS).
Strong analytical and experimentation background, with the ability to define north-star and leading-indicator metrics and read them inside a test window.
Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders, including CEO/CFO-level target-setting conversations.
Excellent storytelling communication; able to simplify complexity and inspire action across technical and business audiences.
Experience applying AI tools or automation to improve growth decision-making.
