Full Job Description

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

This role is focused on growing our developer experience end-to-end—driving acquisition, improving signup-to-first-value conversion, and accelerating adoption. You’ll lead high-velocity experimentation across onboarding, activation, and key “first build” workflows to help more developers go from exploring Snowflake to building with confidence (and sticking with it).

AS A PRODUCT MANAGER - GROWTH, YOU WILL:

  • Deeply understand our customers and their needs, and develop hypotheses on how to effectively drive user signups, onboarding and engagement.

  • Drive experimentation and rapid iteration with a high velocity of product launches to accelerate user growth and expansion.

  • Define and track key business and usage analytics to measure success, including advanced engagement metrics that go beyond traditional activation and retention.

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales and partner product teams to deliver cohesive experiences and go-to-market strategies.

  • Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach to product development, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with a strong track record of driving growth and adoption in SaaS or high-growth software environments.

  • Expertise in growth methodologies, experimentation, and data analysis.

  • Experimented with building and optimizing agentic workflows to drive delightful user experiences.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to present confidently to large audiences and executive stakeholders.

  • Understanding of the data platform industry, Snowflake’s positioning, and competitive landscape.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
