Job Summary

This role focuses on leading product strategy and execution within a FinTech platform, driving innovation and digital transformation. The position requires managing the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to launch, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Acting as Product Owner in Agile teams, the role prioritizes backlog, defines KPIs, and ensures delivery of high-impact solutions. It emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strong leadership, and aligning product initiatives with business goals to deliver value to small and medium-sized business customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, including requirements definition, success criteria, implementation, and launch.

• Own and drive product initiatives, prioritizing features, issues, and bug resolution.

• Act as Product Owner within Agile teams, managing backlog, sprint planning, and user stories.

• Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to design and deliver solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.

• Define KPIs, success metrics, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Lead prototyping, testing, validation, and product acceptance processes.

• Coordinate closely with project managers and scrum masters to ensure timely delivery.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvements, operational enhancements, and product innovation initiatives.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering high-value products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Experience in financial services, FinTech, or technology-driven industries; SMB market knowledge is a plus.

• Strong capability in defining product strategy, roadmapping, requirements management, and execution.

• Strategic mindset combined with attention to detail and cross-functional business understanding.

• Solid technical acumen and financial literacy to support product decisions.

• Strong project management and leadership skills, driving cross-functional initiatives.

• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Ownership mentality with accountability for delivering measurable business impact.

• Experience working in data-driven, experiment-led product environments.
