Are you ready to shape impactful features in the world of cybersecurity and automated incident response? As a Product Manager at Binalyze, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging customer needs with business outcomes—driving feature development from insight to execution. Your focus will be on shaping and delivering mid-term product initiatives that directly improve the experience for our users and customers.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, is data-informed, user-obsessed, and excited to build and grow with a forming product team.


+ What you’ll do

  • Drive Discovery and Research
    Conduct market and user research within the digital forensics space to inform product direction. Your research will contribute to a well-aligned, clearly communicated product vision that supports Binalyze’s mission and business goals.

  • Collaborate Across the Product Lifecycle
    Partner with cross-functional teams—supporting discovery, ideation, prioritization, development, release, and iteration. Your contributions will help ensure that features meet real user needs and deliver value.

  • Foster Innovation and Learning
    Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and growth. You’ll encourage iteration both in what we build and how we build it.

  • Partner Closely with Design & Engineering
    Engage deeply with technical and design counterparts to ensure that solutions are thoughtful, viable, and user-centered.

  • Use Data to Inform Decisions
    Rely on both qualitative and quantitative data to shape decisions, identify opportunities, and help prioritize enhancements that sharpen our competitive edge.

  • Champion the User Voice
    Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical realities to support effective and empathetic product development.

  • Adapt and Help Shape the Team
    As part of a scaling company and growing product function, you’ll help lay the foundation for a strong product culture and collaborative team environment.

  • Manage trade-offs effectively, making decisions that balance competing priorities and constraints to ensure robust and efficient solutions with a great user experience.

  • Support Remote Collaboration
    Actively contribute to a healthy, communicative, and well-aligned remote team through clear, proactive collaboration.

+ What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a cross-functional environment.

  • Remote work experience and the ability to operate effectively in distributed teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to use data to guide decisions.

  • Experience working alongside designers and engineers to deliver user-facing features.

  • Enthusiasm for joining a scaling team and shaping foundational product practices.

  • Cyber security experience would be highly regarded

+ Skills & Behaviours

  • Product Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of the principles and practices of product management. This includes the ability to assist the team throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and support in iterating and improving the product based on user feedback and market insights.

  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the digital forensics domain and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. This involves working closely with software engineers and QA teams, understanding technical constraints, and leveraging this knowledge to inform product requirements and roadmap decisions.

  • Strategic Mindset: Developing and contributing to the product vision and strategy. This includes staying informed about market trends, competitors, and customer feedback, and providing insights to refine the product vision and align it with business objectives and market needs.

  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Proficiency in utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making. This skill is applied when analyzing user data, conducting market research, and leveraging other relevant data sources to inform feature optimization, prioritize product enhancements, and influence the product roadmap.

  • Collaboration and Influence: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence outcomes. This includes actively participating in cross-functional meetings, fostering open communication, and working towards consensus on objectives and priorities.

  • Effective Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the product vision, progress, and insights to stakeholders. This involves presenting data-driven insights, facilitating discussions, and ensuring clear and concise communication across teams and management.

  • Project Coordination: Proficient in prioritizing work, managing resources, and monitoring project progress. This skill is displayed by regularly tracking team progress, identifying and addressing obstacles, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within allocated resources.
