What we're looking for:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and launching the next generation of GenAI features and client-facing agents, translating complex technical capabilities into actionable products. They will own the ML Platform used to detect sophisticated financial crime vectors (synthetic identity, account takeover, bot attacks) and will be the critical link collaborating across Data Science, Engineering, and Sales (especially aiding the RFP process and Model Governance). This person must demonstrate technical credibility, a strong focus on platform performance (tracking metrics like uptime and latency), and ideally, have expertise in the high-stakes domains of Fraud, Risk, or AML.

What we need:

  • Must have worked as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer for 3 years

  • Has 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager

  • Experience in building AI applications

  • Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to launch new AI features, defining pricing, sales enablement, and product marketing materials.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in the Fraud, Risk, AML, or Compliance domain, especially in FinTech or financial services.

  • Metrics and performance: Track metrics related to the platform's performance, reliability, and developer experience, including uptime, latency, and throughput.
