Product Management Lead, iGaming

Magic Eden is looking for a Product Management Lead to build our crypto-first sportsbook and casino from the ground up. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to own the entire product vision and lead the development of a next-generation iGaming platform from concept to launch. You are a builder at heart, obsessed with creating incredible user experiences and ready to shape the future of sports betting and casino gaming in Web3.

This is a fully remote role, but you will be a key leader in a distributed team. Strong preference will be given to candidates who can align their working hours with the APAC time zone.

What You'll Do:

• Build from Scratch: Lead the end-to-end development of our entire crypto sportsbook and casino platform, from initial concept and strategy through to public launch and iteration.

• Define the Vision: Create and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for a zero-to-one build. You will define what we build, why we build it, and how we win.

• Architect the Core Experience: Define the foundational requirements for all core platform components, including crypto payment rails (deposits/withdrawals), player account management, bonusing engines, third-party data feed integrations (sports odds, casino games), and responsible gaming features.

• Own the Player Journey: Obsess over every detail of the player experience, from seamless wallet-based onboarding to intuitive bet slip creation and instant settlement.

• Execute with Speed: Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes. You will work directly with a dedicated engineering and design team to ship product in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Establish Our KPIs: Define and analyze the key metrics that will measure our success, establishing the data foundation for a culture of analytics-driven product development.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of taking a complex consumer product from concept to launch (0-to-1 experience is a must).

• Deep domain expertise in the iGaming industry. You have direct experience building or managing products for an online sportsbook and/or casino.

• World-class product management skills: You excel at product discovery, writing clear specs, managing a backlog, and leading a cross-functional team without direct authority.

• A builder’s mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity, take high ownership, and have a bias for action in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a clear vision and aligning founders, engineers, and designers around it.

Bonus Points if:

• You are deeply passionate about sports and sports betting. You understand the nuances of different bet types, what makes a compelling live betting experience, and what separates a great sportsbook from a good one.

• You are a crypto native. You are an active user of Web3 applications and have a strong passion for how blockchain technology can revolutionize the iGaming space.

The compensation for this position will vary based on geography and other factors (including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations). The base salary range for this role for Australia is $215,000 - $300,000 AUD. Additionally, this full-time role is eligible to receive benefits, as well as participate in Magic Eden’s equity plan. Final offer package will be at the company’s sole discretion.
