What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution in alignment with company goals
Build and lead high-performing product management teams

Foster cultures of psychological safety, creativity, and experimentation

Who You Are
6+ years in product leadership roles (e.g., Director of Product, VP Product, CPO)
Experience leading product strategy and teams at high-growth startups or enterprises
Skilled at navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex problems
Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great products, but great teams
Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
Bonus Points
Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies
Background in user research, design thinking, or product discovery practices that prioritize human-centered outcomes
