The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our innovative team and help shape the user experience of our unified DataOps platform. You’ll play a crucial role in translating complex data operations into intuitive and seamless experiences, driving user engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure that design thinking is integrated into every aspect of our platform. Reporting directly to the VP of Product in New York, you will play a critical part in establishing Matia’s product design, driving clarity and execution in a hectic environment (which we’re very much proud of), and ensuring that what we build is used and loved by customers.
What You'll Do
Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with the product vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and user-friendly interface that simplifies complex data workflows.
Dive deep into how today’s best data tools design for usability—identifying patterns and opportunities to elevate Matia’s experience.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure consistency across the platform.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-obsessed, data oriented Product Designer who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and is excited to take on outsized responsibility as the leading Israel-based design function. We value an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong product mindset, and a deep understanding of user experience.
Must-Haves:
Proven experience as a Product Designer with at least 2 years of full time experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, with a strong understanding of responsive design and interaction design principles.
A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI skills and experience designing complex data-driven platforms or systems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
A passion for simplifying complex processes and creating intuitive user experiences.
Nice-to-Haves:
Prior experience as the first or only Product Design in a startup.
Direct experience working in a data-focused environment or with data platforms.
Experience contributing to brand and marketing design alongside product work.
