About Your Role
Harrison.ai is in an exciting phase of rapid global growth, and we’re seeking a technically astute Presales Lead/Solution Architect with skills in Implementing products. This role is a strategic partner to the newly appointed Regional Director for Middle East and Africa who shares a joint ambition to drive our expansion and strategies across the Region. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening our technical presence, generating measurable outcomes, and building long-term, trusted relationships with customers.
What You Do:
Provide expertise in the presales cycle to understand the customer's environment and workflow to determine the optimal solution for the customer
Provide technical expertise during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
Develop and deliver compelling, personalised demonstrations, proofs of concept, prototypes, and other pre-sales assets, based on the knowledge gained about the customer, which tie to Harrison.ai’s technologies.
Strongly contribute to the sales proposal, RFP and Tender processes across assigned regions of all our products and strategies.
Deploy Harrison.ai solutions, including software installation, configuration, and system testing.
Work with our healthcare industry vendor partners to create and maintain integrations for our customer base.
Design and implement integrations with our partners using messaging standards like RESTful APIs and HL7.
Maintain and manage test environments for problem replication.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to detail project requirements.
Work with Project Managers to deliver projects on time.
Plan with and train customer staff in the deployment of Harrison.ai solutions.
What You Bring:
5+ years of service experience in healthcare informatics and/or medical imaging informatics technologies.
Multiple years’ experience working directly with external customers.
Experience installing and maintaining Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and other networking concepts.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel, including internationally.
Experience and/or knowledge of case management (Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira) and knowledge base tools (Confluence, SharePoint).
Nice to have skills and characteristics:
Experience with healthcare information protocols, standards, and systems (e.g., HL7, DICOM, PACS,EHR, and/or RIS).
Familiarity with AWS and VMWare (certifications preferable).
Experience with healthcare workflow engines (e.g., Nextgen Connect).
Experience with containerisation platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Experience with Git or other version control systems
