About the Role

We are hiring a Portfolio Manager, Client Services to lead the financial performance, client experience, and long-term value of multiple residential real estate portfolios. This role sits at the intersection of asset management and client relations, serving as the primary point of contact for property owners, investors, and internal leadership.

You will oversee single-family and multifamily portfolios, drive Net Operating Income growth, manage risk, and ensure operational excellence across leasing, maintenance, accounting, and operations teams. This is a leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on portfolio returns and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, investors, and fund stakeholders

  • Build long-term relationships by understanding client investment goals and performance expectations

  • Lead onboarding for new properties including documentation, systems setup, and transition coordination

  • Prepare and present financial reports, portfolio updates, and performance summaries

  • Resolve client inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner

  • Support contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand portfolios

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and property management systems

Portfolio & Asset Oversight

  • Manage multiple portfolios of single-family and multifamily residential properties

  • Develop and execute asset-level business plans aligned with investment strategy

  • Conduct performance reviews focused on occupancy, rental income, operating expenses, and capital expenditures

  • Identify operational, financial, and market risks impacting performance

  • Ensure compliance with management agreements and service standards

    Financial Management

  • Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and cash flow reports

  • Identify opportunities to increase Net Operating Income

  • Recommend rent adjustments based on market trends and competitive analysis

  • Lead value-add initiatives including renovations, repositioning, and amenity upgrades

  • Coordinate acquisitions and dispositions when applicable

Property Management Oversight

  • Partner with leasing, maintenance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure strong service delivery

  • Maintain high tenant satisfaction and retention rates

  • Improve operational efficiency and portfolio performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, asset management, or property management

  • Proven experience managing residential portfolios including single-family and multifamily assets

  • Strong financial analysis skills with experience reviewing P&L statements, cash flow, and rent rolls

  • Experience driving NOI growth and implementing value-add strategies

  • Ability to manage multiple portfolios simultaneously

  • Advanced proficiency in property management software and CRM systems

  • Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills

  • English fluency C1 or C2 required

  • Ability to work in US time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with US-based real estate investors or funds

  • Background in acquisitions and dispositions

  • Familiarity with US residential rental markets

Compensation & Logistics

  • Base annual salary 30K - 36K, depending on experience

  • Performance-based bonus eligibility quarterly and annually
