Job Summary
They are looking for a Plant Electrical Engineer to support manufacturing and production systems in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong troubleshooting capabilities across PCBA, systems, and production equipment, who thrives in cross-functional manufacturing environments.
The engineer will support electrical systems across manufacturing operations, including printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), device-level systems, and production equipment.
The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) in a GMP-regulated environment.
This is a highly collaborative position, working closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to maintain operational continuity and drive improvements.
Responsibilities
Provide electrical engineering support across:
-PCBA (board-level)
-System-level devices
-Manufacturing and production equipment
Perform hands-on troubleshooting at:
-Board level
-System level
-Equipment level
Support and execute validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) in compliance with GMP standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance
Identify and implement electrical and process improvements to:
-Reduce downtime
-Improve production yield
Lead or support:
-Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
-Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Prepare and maintain:
-Technical documentation
-Reports
-Status updates
Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for all onsite electrical engineering-related topics
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
Strong hands-on experience with:
-PCBA troubleshooting
-Electrical systems and production equipment
Proven experience performing:
-Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
-Debugging and issue resolution
Familiarity with test and measurement tools, such as:
-Oscilloscopes
-Multimeters
Experience supporting IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes
Knowledge of GMP or other regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharma, life sciences)
Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in a client-facing role
Fuent English Level.
