Your mission
As a People Operations Specialist, you will act as a partner with stakeholders throughout the organization and the extended People team to seek opportunities to build, improve, and align processes and policies that enable consistent and efficient experience for our employees. This team is responsible for facilitating all the employee facing experiences that are developed by the People team.
What you'll do at UiPath
• Perform operational processes (drafting employment contracts, addenda, documents for termination of employment contracts, absences, maternity leave, occupational health and safety, occupational medicine, etc.)
• Prepare human resources documentation (certificates, attestations, references, etc.)
• Ensure the accuracy of employee records in Workday
• Manage internal/local tools and benefits
• You are the first point of contact for employee questions, which can also be done through a ticketing system
• Prepare human resources documentation (certificates, references, etc.) and ensures that all documents are up to date (audit of employment contracts and addenda, personal documents, etc.)
• Participate in projects aimed at improving and automating human resources processes
• Collaborate with the global People Operations team to support various projects: data integrity, process standardization, process automation, process documentation, etc
• Work closely with HR Business Partners in the execution of global and regional processes
• Work closely with the internal payroll team to ensure that the data transferred is accurate.
• Adapt, modify, and update process methodologies, procedures, and best practices within People Operations
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices within the People Operations department through training and courses in the field
• Responsible for transmitting the necessary information to Revisal/Reges Online
What you'll bring to the team
3+ years of relevant HR experience in People Operations for the Romania region; knowledge of other EMEA regions is advantageous
Strong English written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
Knowledge of regional human resources practices and legal requirements
Experience working with highly confidential information
Strong customer focus, with a strong sense of ownership, a high sense of responsibility, and accountability for final results
Positive attitude, ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner
Results-oriented and able to manage frequently changing priorities and projects
Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams
Very good organizational and time management skills.
