Full Job Description

Own payroll inputs/changes, HR data hygiene, P+C inbox triage, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and light benefits/admin tasks across ADP, Lattice, and Deel. Top Responsibilities Prep/process payroll changes in ADP (new hires, terms, comp updates); run basic audits & reports. Maintain accurate employee records across ADP, Lattice, Deel + internal trackers. Manage P+C inbox: respond/route tickets, track to closure. Coordinate onboarding/offboarding (systems access, docs, equipment tracking). Support benefits updates/enrollments and compliance file hygiene (e.g., SOC2 artifacts).Draft quick comms, schedule HR meetings, keep task lists current. Requirements Must-Haves (screening criteria) 2+ years HR/People Ops or payroll admin experience. Hands-on ADP experience (inputs/changes, audits, exports). Proven HR data accuracy + confidentiality; detail-driven and deadline-reliable. Comfortable in remote, fast-moving environments; clear written communications. Availability to start immediately and commit full-time for 3 months. Nice-to-Haves Experience with Lattice, ADP, Deel, and Greenhouse. Startup/high-growth background; EOR exposure. Process docs/ SOP creation; reporting in Gsheets. Success Metrics Payroll inputs: Submitted accurately and on time for each cycle. Data hygiene: Employee records reconciled against source systems each cycle; discrepancies flagged and fixed. P+C inbox: Triage daily; common issues resolved, complex ones routed same day.Lifecycle admin: Onboard/offboard processing with required artifacts stored. Documentation: Keep living checklist/SOPs current for hand off. Logistics & Compliance Contract: W-2 via agency or EOR Background check + confidentiality agreement required.
