This role will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for US employees while serving as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll with Integration with ADP.💻 RolePayroll ProcessingProcess biweekly US payroll in WorkdayValidate earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishmentsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsManage multi-state payroll processing and tax allocationsCompliance & AuditsMaintain compliance with IRS and state tax regulationsSupport internal and external payroll auditsPrepare and validate year-end reporting (W-2s)Workday System ManagementTroubleshoot payroll errors and resolve discrepancies along with Sr Global Payroll AnalystPartner with HR and Benefits to ensure accurate data integrationDevelop and maintain payroll reports and calculated fieldsReconciliation & ReportingAnalyze payroll variancesPrepare payroll reporting as neededProcess ImprovementIdentify automation and efficiency opportunitiesDocument payroll processes and controlsSupport payroll-related system enhancements or implementationsWe offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in-person time for planning, problem-solving, and connection.
