About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Partnership Operations Coordinator to join our team and help streamline our partnership processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to make a direct impact on business operations while developing skills in process automation and partnership management.

This is a remote position preferably in the PST timezone.

What You'll Own

  • Process Management: Handle all startup credit requests from application through approval, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

  • Lead Routing: Manage inbound leads from our partnership lead generation form and route them to appropriate team members based on criteria and capacity

  • System Operations: Maintain and optimize our HubSpot workflows and data integrity, assist with data analysis and reporting

  • Process Improvement: Document current processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains

  • Cross-team Coordination: Collaborate with partnership, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless customer experience


What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Experience with CRM tools (workflow management, lead routing, data management)

  • Strong attention to detail, understanding of data quality and accuracy in reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Process-oriented mindset with focus on efficiency, documentation and improvement


Preferred:

  • Experience in operations coordination, customer success, or sales operations roles

  • Background at SaaS or tech companies, particularly in customer-facing roles

  • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn automation tools

  • Basic technical aptitude for systems and process optimization

We're particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

  • Operations coordination at SaaS/tech companies

  • Customer success or sales operations roles

  • Previous fast-paced startup experience, especially ex-founders


No prior startup ecosystem or partnership experience required – we'll provide all the domain knowledge you need!

Hiring Process
