Full Job Description

TL;DR - Lovable is hiring a Partnership Manager to own and grow a named portfolio of strategic partnerships — running relationships end-to-end, defining joint GTM strategy, and feeding partner insights directly into our product roadmap. This is an early, high-ownership role that will shape how Lovable wins through its ecosystem.

Why Lovable?

Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products — fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we're just getting started.

We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in product partnerships or business development at a SaaS or developer-tools company — with real partnership agreements negotiated and a clear sense of how value flows in both directions.

  • Technically curious. You don't write code, but you understand what integrations actually require and can hold your own with engineering teams on both sides of the table.

  • Relationship range. Comfortable going from a partner PM to their CRO in the same week — and a natural collaborator internally, particularly with marketing, where you'll work closely and regularly.

  • Data-driven and high agency. You define metrics, track them, and let them drive prioritization. You don't wait for a playbook — you write one.

  • Preferred: Experience with major cloud provider partner programs (co-sell, marketplace, alliance tiers); background in developer tools, productivity software, or AI-native products; familiarity with integration ecosystems — APIs, webhooks, marketplace listings.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for a named portfolio of partners — from onboarding through growth and renewal — as their primary point of contact at Lovable.

  • Identify and shape joint GTM opportunities — co-marketing, co-sell motions, integration milestones — and partner closely with Lovable's marketing team to execute them.

  • Run regular business reviews and maintain executive-level relationships at partner organizations, including negotiating partnership scopes and terms with legal and finance.

  • Be the internal voice of your partners — surfacing product feedback, blockers, and opportunities to Lovable's product and engineering teams to directly influence the roadmap.

  • Track performance against clear KPIs (adoption, pipeline influenced, integration depth, revenue) and use that data to prioritize your time and your partners'.

  • Manage the operational rhythm across your portfolio: forecasting, stakeholder updates, and escalation handling.

  • Projects you'll tackle first: Audit the existing partner portfolio and establish a clear tiering and prioritization framework; set up QBR cadences and executive relationships with anchor partners; define joint GTM plays with at least two to three partners; build the metrics framework for tracking partnership health and pipeline influence.
