Job Summary We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. This role plays a key part in driving conversions, leads, and revenue through strategic and analytical performance marketing. Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Research target audiences, keywords, and competitors to improve campaign effectiveness Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate Develop and test ad creatives (copy, visuals, formats) in collaboration with content and design teams Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI Set up and maintain tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices Work closely with internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) 1 3+ years of experience in Paid Media / Digital Advertising Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset Familiar with tracking, reporting, and performance measurement tools Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns Knowledge of A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
