Full Job Description

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle from new opportunities through closing that opportunity in our core verticals. Account Executives will be responsible for and measured on the value they derive from the opportunities provided to them. Account Executives will be responsible for daily and monthly metrics, pipeline organization, and developing additional pipelines by soliciting referrals from their assigned current leads.

  • In office M-F 8 am - 5 pm during the ramp period.

  • This position will be hybrid: MTW 8 am-5 pm in the office, Th/F flexible WFH after ramp.

  • Reports to: Director of Sales.

What You Will Own

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from calling an assigned opportunity to closing that opportunity.

  • Make 50+ daily cold calls.

  • Set appointments and complete product demonstrations with leads that are assigned

  • Generate new sales opportunities by soliciting referrals from assigned opportunities.

  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports.

  • Embrace proven methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • Prior sales experience.

  • Outbound cold calling experience.

  • Proven success in prospecting new markets and closing new business.

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.

  • Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards.

  • Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment.
