About the Role
The Operations Manager for Strategic Projects will play a key role in supporting the Senior Managing Director by ensuring seamless planning, execution, and monitoring of high-priority strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive support to help achieve organizational goals. The successful candidate will be based in Bangalore, India, and must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will oversee a broad range of duties, with a primary focus on project management support and executive-level coordination.
Strategic Project Management and Execution Support
• Provide end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives, including defining scope, setting milestones, tracking progress, and managing risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives, preparing regular status updates and performance reports for the Senior Executive.
• Facilitate project review meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure responsible parties follow through.
Executive Communication and Reporting
• Develop and prepare high-impact executive presentations and reports, demonstrating expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. This includes synthesizing complex data and strategic concepts into clear, visually compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and organize critical documentation related to strategic planning, business reviews, and executive meetings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Senior Executive and department heads, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication.Operational Excellence and Administrative Support
• Maintain expert-level proficiency with the full MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to efficiently manage data, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and project workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical proficiency, proven experience, and exceptional soft skills essential for an executive support function.
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years / Demonstrated experience in Operations, Project Management, or Executive Support, preferably within a mid-size organization in India.
Education: Bachelor's Degree / A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Technical Skills: Expert MS Office Suite / Mandatory expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations, high proficiency in Excel for data analysis, and Word for professional documentation.
Soft Skills: Communication & Interpersonal / Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics with professionalism and tact.
