Who You Are
6+ years in operations leadership roles (e.g., COO, VP of Operations, Head of Operations, Director of Operations)
Experience leading scaling operations at high-growth startups or enterprises
Skilled at building systems that enhance clarity, efficiency, and cultural alignment
Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great systems, but thriving teams
Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
