🚀 Your opportunity

Luminovo's business is growing and maturing – and so are our operations, especially around our Munich HQs.

As Office Operations Manager, you will play a central role in keeping our operations smooth, reliable, and delightful.

You will be the backbone of our Munich office, help us develop our new locations in Berlin and New York, and create a workspace in which Luminerds can do their best work.

📅 Time frame

  • Start date: January 2026

  • Weekly hours: part-time or full-time

🎯 Performance objectives

In this role, you take ownership of a broad variety of operational, organizational, and administrative tasks. You don’t just keep things running — you elevate them.

  • Office & operations management

    • Manage our travel desk: accommodation, flights, trains, per diem, visa research, reimbursements (in collaboration with People/Finance)

    • Handle work equipment: ordering, inventory, returns, repairs

    • Organize office events: workshops, customer visits, internal meetings, retreats

    • Support our employee onboarding

    • Support package deliveries, pickups & returns

  • Executive assistant support

    • Having a driver’s license (Klasse B oder höher)

    • Email triage, Drafting responses, Calendar management for senior leadership

  • Additional responsibilities:

    These skills make the role even stronger — and we’re excited if you bring them:

    • Receipt collection in Moss: ensuring completeness (without finance-specific accounting tasks).

    • Experience in Arbeitsschutz, coordination around Betriebsprüfung

    • Completed (or willingness to complete) 1-day training such as Ersthelfer and Brandschutzhelfer

  • Benedikt – our VP Operations, who leads our Finance and Legal teams directly, and oversees the People team

  • Hannah – our People Lead, who is in charge of our People function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and people operations

  • Nía – our People Generalist, who manages the entire employee life-cycle for our German and international Luminerds

  • Naima – our Legal Counsel and Business Operations Associate, who is in charge of all legal matters and supporting Benedikt

However, due to the nature of this particular role, you must be natively fluent in 🇩🇪 German and very strong in 🇬🇧 English and you need to have a driver’s license (Klasse B oder höher).
