The Office Operations Associate (part-time) helps keep SEON’s Austin office running smoothly day to day. You’ll be the on-site go-to for workplace logistics, employee support, and the small (but important) details that make the office feel organized, welcoming, and reliable. This includes supporting new joiners, greeting visitors, managing mail and deliveries, coordinating vendors and facilities needs, and helping with company events and culture moments.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being around people, stays calm when priorities shift, and takes pride in creating a smooth experience for employees and guests.

This is a part-time role (25 hours/week) and requires 5 days per week in the Austin office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as SEON’s on-site point of contact in the Austin office, supporting employees, visitors, and leadership with day-to-day workplace needs

  • Greet and host guests as needed, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival through departure

  • Partner with the shared workspace provider to coordinate office services (access, conference rooms, service requests, guest registration) and resolve issues quickly

  • Maintain a ready-to-work office environment for SEON employees by ensuring workspaces, meeting areas, and team supplies are set up and supported as needed

  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workspace readiness and coordination with internal teams (equipment, access, etc.)

  • Help plan and support in-office meetings, events, and employee experience initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and create more consistent, scalable office systems as the Austin office grows

WHAT YOU’ll BRING:

  • 2+ years of experience in office operations, workplace coordination, facilities support, office administration, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear, professional communication and comfort in a front-facing role

  • A proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adjust quickly as needs change

  • Comfort working independently in an in-office environment

  • Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding, vendors, and office logistics
