About This Role:

The Networking Engineering team at Crusoe designs, builds, and deploys the critical network infrastructure that powers our AI-optimized cloud. The team owns connectivity across the edge, backbone, and data center fabrics to ensure high-performance networking for GPU-intensive workloads. They focus on large-scale network deployment, capacity expansion, and operational excellence, bringing new infrastructure online while maintaining reliability across a globally distributed footprint.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Gain a foundational understanding of production networks and their complexities.

  • Learn about common deployment challenges faced by the Network deployment team and explore ways to automate those workflows.

  • Design and develop tools to streamline network deployment.

  • Collaborate with the Tools and Observability team to understand how production-scale tools are built and maintained.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Educational Background: Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2025 or Spring 2026.

  • Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and the networking stack.

  • Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting with languages such as Python, Golang, or similar, focusing on automation.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities, with a fast-learning mindset and adaptability across teams.

This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization without employer sponsorship.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $100,000-117,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
