As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll design, prototype, and integrate systems to retrofit production vehicles with the hardware necessary for autonomous driving. You’ll work hands-on to bring advanced technology from concept to integration, ensuring seamless functionality and robust performance.
You Will
Design and prototype mechanical systems to retrofit vehicles with sensors, computing hardware, and other autonomous components
Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and systems teams to ensure smooth integration of technologies
Hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of retrofitted vehicles
Develop and iterate rapid prototypes to test new ideas and solutions
Work in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines and performance targets
You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and hands-on experience with mechanical integration
Experience with prototyping, fabrication, and testing
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and quickly adapt to new challenges
