As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll design, prototype, and integrate systems to retrofit production vehicles with the hardware necessary for autonomous driving. You’ll work hands-on to bring advanced technology from concept to integration, ensuring seamless functionality and robust performance.

 

You Will

  • Design and prototype mechanical systems to retrofit vehicles with sensors, computing hardware, and other autonomous components

  • Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and systems teams to ensure smooth integration of technologies

  • Hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of retrofitted vehicles

  • Develop and iterate rapid prototypes to test new ideas and solutions

  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines and performance targets

 

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and hands-on experience with mechanical integration

  • Experience with prototyping, fabrication, and testing

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and quickly adapt to new challenges
