What You Will Do
Design, prototype, and test mechanical systems for current and future ALSO electric mobility products.
Develop detailed CAD models, assemblies, and 2D drawings for rapid prototyping.
Perform tolerance analyses, FEA simulations, and design validation.
Build and test prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and analyze results to improve designs.
What You Will Bring
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Skilled in 3D CAD (Catia or 3DExperience preferred) and familiar with FEA and tolerance analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on prototyping abilities.

Preferred Experience
Experience designing or prototyping EV, e-bike, or consumer electronic components.
Exposure to GD&T, rapid prototyping methods, and design validation testing.
Comfortable with hands-on fabrication, testing equipment, or lab instrumentation.
Previous internship or project work in a startup, automotive, or mobility company.
The hourly rate for this role ranges from $30.00 to $45.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
