The Corporate FP&A team's mission is to drive Snowflake's vision forward by delivering clear, actionable financial analysis and insights that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As a Corporate FP&A Manager, you will be managing the full corporate planning cycle (P&L and Free Cash Flow budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis), providing financial insights to senior leadership, and mentoring/managing a team. In this role, you'll be delivering valuable insights through well-crafted work products for the Snowflake Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Finance leadership. This is a highly visible position, where your work often reaches the CFO’s desk for review, requiring a high level of quality and attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who can adapt and thrive in a semi-structured environment.This role requires in person attendance at our new Menlo Park, CA office at least 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and direct the end to end corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across both the P&L as well as free cash flow, setting standards for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Provide strategic insights into financial performance and key business drivers, challenging assumptions and proactively recommending corrective actions to senior leaders.

  • Develop and deliver high impact financial presentations and analyses for the executives and Board of Directors.

  • Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and processes (i.e. Adaptive Insights) to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Finance and FP&A to ensure seamless financial close and reporting processes.

  • Team leadership and development: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 1-2 FP&A Analysts, providing guidance on financial modeling, career pathing, and best practices.

  • Process ownership: Be the primary owner of key corporate models and processes, ensuring integrity, accuracy, scalability, and standardization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A (preferably Corporate FP&A), with 1-2 years in a leadership or direct people management role.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • Advanced financial modeling and presentation skills.

  • Strong expertise in using financial planning systems (preferably Adaptive Insights).

  • Comfortable manipulating and analyzing large data sets using SQL or other BI tools.

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience at B2B technology companies (preferred).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000.

  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
