Seen is an AI SEO and GEO agency helping SaaS companies grow visibility on Google and AI search platforms. We work with ambitious SaaS brands that care about pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics. Our clients include Aura, Artisan, Hunter, Riverside, Sphere, Nextiva, just to name a few. Our mission is simple: help SaaS companies get found, build authority, and turn search visibility into revenue. We re a lean, fast-moving remote team focused on real results. The role We re hiring an Outreach Manager to own and scale our link building + brand mentions engine. This is not a basic VA outreach role. We re looking for someone proactive, commercial, organized, and sharp someone who understands that every quality placement, relationship, backlink, and mention can directly impact rankings, traffic, pipeline, and AI visibility. You ll work closely with our founder Irina and SEO/GEO Manager Cindy to help grow authority for our clients. Tasks

Run cold outreach campaigns to secure backlinks, guest posts, brand mentions, listicle placements, and strategic partnerships Build and manage long-term relationships with editors, publishers, and website owners in the SaaS space Execute link building campaigns for clients based on monthly priorities and KPIs Manage the full guest post process from prospecting to publication Keep outreach pipelines, trackers, and reporting organized and up to date Improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency and results Take ownership of the process and consistently push campaigns forward

Requirements

Experience in cold outreach, link building, or partnerships SaaS or B2B experience preferred Strong written English and communication skills Organized, proactive, and reliable with follow-ups Able to work independently and own results 3+ hours overlap with European time zones
