You ll design and execute campaigns that guide leads through the enrollment journey and keep students engaged after they join.Responsibilities include:Drive conversion and retention: Develop lead and customer nurture campaigns focusing on email, SMS, pop-ups, and slide-ins triggered by user behavior.Map the customer journey: Create and optimize lifecycle maps to deliver seamless, personalized experiences across every touchpoint.Segment and personalize: Build audience segments and tailor messages based on behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stage.Own the CRM: Manage HubSpot marketing automation to ensure smooth execution of email, SMS, and chat campaigns that align marketing and sales efforts.Analyze and improve: Collaborate with data partners to identify new behavioral triggers, build reports, and track KPIs like open rates, CTR, conversion, and retention.Test and learn: Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve messaging and performance.Monitor and maintain: Ensure automated campaigns run flawlessly and uphold StraighterLine s brand standards.Stay ahead: Monitor competitor lifecycle marketing strategies and industry trends to keep our initiatives sharp.Collaborate across teams: Partner with product, sales, creative, data, and partnerships to deliver high-quality, on-time campaigns through Asana.What You Bring2 4 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing (preferably in an EdTech, subscription, or consumer brand).Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation tools.Analytical mindset with comfort building reports and tracking key metrics.Strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization.Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a mission-driven team.Copywriting skills are a plus.We believe education should be affordable, flexible, and within reach for everyone.
