Now we are growing rapidly and looking for professionals to join the team.Make your personal contribution to the games millions of people are playing;Develop yourself professionally in an atmosphere of trust and support;Work remotely from anywhere in the world on your own schedule;Get your support from teammates and the company.We are looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Manager with a strong background in iGaming and slot games - a senior, hands-on technical and processes leader who can scale delivery across complex gambling and mobile projects.This role is responsible for building, standardizing, and scaling delivery and technical processes across all production directions, including:Gambling / iGaming projects (slots, crash, instant-win)Mobile GamingPlayables & Playable AdsWeb / Instant GamesWhat we re looking for:5+ years of hands-on technical experience (Unity or similar)3+ years in iGaming (mandatory) - strong expertise in slots and crash games2+ years in leadership roles (Tech Lead / Team Lead / similar)Deep understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, RNG, and game mathExperience working with multiple teams or projects simultaneouslyStrong ownership and decision-making mindsetSolid communication skills in EnglishNice to have:Experience with live iGaming productsBackground in performance optimization and scalable architecturesFamiliarity with regulatory requirements in gamblingWhat the role is about:Lead the technical direction of iGaming projects (slots, crash, instant games)Oversee up to 4 parallel projects via Tech LeadsEnsure consistency in architecture, performance, and development standardsAct as the key technical decision-maker for gambling productsSupport and mentor Tech Leads, helping them scale deliveryIdentify risks and ensure stable, predictable productionWorking conditions:Our people are what we value the most at iLogos.
