Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Creative Leadership
Design and execute a long-term creative strategy focused on profit and scalable performance.
Identify growth opportunities and high-potential formats across Meta, TikTok, and other paid acquisition platforms.
Implement new frameworks, tools, and AI-driven systems to accelerate and automate creative output.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between creative, UA, product, and analytics teams.
Creative Direction & Innovation
Build a high-volume ideation system to ensure a constant stream of fresh, testable concepts.
Generate and validate innovative creative ideas aligned with channel needs, trends, and business goals.
Supervise, guide, and review creative output across video, static, UGC, and hybrid formats.
Ensure policy compliance across all platforms and proactively manage risk.
Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to fuel forward-thinking creative strategy.
Performance Ownership
Own key creative KPIs including ROAS, CPA, success rate, and profit per creative.
Establish clear benchmarks and success criteria for every concept tested.
Extend lifespan of top-performing creatives through adaptation, reformatting, and scaling.
Collaborate with UA managers to integrate creative learnings into campaign strategy.
Continuously improve average profit per creative through trend-driven iteration.
Team Leadership & Process
Lead and grow a team of creative producers, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and performance.
Mentor team members and provide feedback that supports growth and high standards.
Build resilient production pipelines that support fast-paced iteration without compromising quality.
Drive knowledge-sharing and scalable best practices across the team.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in a creative leadership or production role within a performance marketing environment.
Strong background in ideating creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other performance platforms.
Proven success in developing concepts that directly impacted user acquisition and ROI.
Experience with UGC-style content, motion graphics, and performance-first storytelling.
Analytical mindset and ability to read raw performance data and extract creative insights.
Deep understanding of creative testing and iteration.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
High level of independence and ownership.
Advanced English.
