Your Mission
As the Senior Campaign & Content Manager at Hawk, your mission is to build the campaign and content strategy to support Hawk’s ambitious growth goals. You’ll be a key driver in shaping Hawk's brand voice and creating high-quality, engaging content that connects with our audiences. This position is ideal for a creative and strategic leader who can blend storytelling with analytics to amplify Hawk’s impact in the fight against financial crime.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and executing an engaging campaign strategy for Hawk that will deliver on company objectives, including pipeline generation and brand awareness
Mapping out the content strategy for Hawk, ensuring that campaigns can be delivered with high quality content in a variety of formats
Overseeing the creation of campaign assets to ensure timely activation of campaigns
Leading a team of content managers, putting processes in place to maintain brand consistency and accuracy
Working with design resources to ensure that content is visually polished, captivating and on-brand
Building a network of external content providers and commissioning content - whether written, graphic, or video - when needed and ensuring quality and value for money
Establishing and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to generate ideas for content and ensure quality and relevance
Collaborating with other members of the Marketing team, including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing, to create and execute effective campaigns and content
Building relationships across functions, particularly with the Sales and Product teams, to understand campaign and content needs
Shaping and maintaining Hawk’s brand voice to ensure a consistent tone and style across all content pieces
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on content performance metrics to measure success, optimize content strategy, and meet KPIs
Reviewing and approving content to maintain high quality standards, ensuring content aligns with Hawk’s objectives and values
Your Profile:
5+ years of experience in B2B technology content or campaign management
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Experience of managing external content and design resources
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency
Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Experience in financial service and anti-financial crime would be advantageous
