Junior Project Manager

Project Manager at COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NVWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of projects through effective planning, coordination, and management of resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities:Assess projects' maturity against the chosen project management methodology and provide guidance for better complianceMaintain custom PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow-up and organisation of PM activities at project and portfolio level. PPMO tooling consists of Power BI, Power Automate, Jira and SharePoint componentsProvide guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review their deliverables related to Project ManagementSupport Project Managers to comply with IT Governance rulesParticipate in the reviews of estimated costs, timescales and resource requirementsProvide support in preparing and maintaining project plans and track activities against the plans, providing regular and accurate reportsEnsure that the monitoring of costs, timescales and resources is effectively handled and review proposed actions when deviations are identifiedDefine and manage the change control procedure, gaining agreement for revisions to the project from Project SponsorsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) roleMinimum of 3 years' experience managing or supporting IT projectsMinimum of 3 years' experience working in an Agile software development environmentHold an advanced project management certification (e.g. PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMBOK or equivalent)Demonstrate strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum, including Scrum roles, ceremonies and artefactsExperience as a coach or trainerMinimum of 3 years' experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power QueryMinimum of 3 years' experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BIMinimum of 3 years' experience using JiraMinimum of 3 years' experience administering Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft TeamsMust be eligible to obtain an EU-27 Security Clearance, as the role requires access to sensitive information and secure areasDemonstrate knowledge of project management methodologies, including PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK and Scrum.
