Junior IT Support Engineer

The Role
Keep our tech running smoothly while solving problems and supporting our growing team's IT needs.
What you will be doing
• Respond to support requests and provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems while providing user training on IT applications
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist with user account management
• Support maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure including servers, routers, and switches
• Document and track all support cases through to resolution
• Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as they arise
What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Solid grasp of networking concepts and protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication abilities and team collaboration skills
• Experience in IT support or similar technical role is a plus
