You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.Your Role: As a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager, you ll support our influencer strategy by helping identify the right creators, manage day-to-day communication, and coordinate content that aligns with our brand. You ll be part of building strong relationships, ensuring smooth execution, and keeping our campaigns fresh, on-brand, and high-impact.WHAT YOU LL DO- Be in charge of Influencer Marketing & follow the steps to increase the performance & brand awareness of BURGA- Develop, execute, and report influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns- Work on high-scale gifting campaigns- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders- Brainstorm creative ideas & concepts that we can test out with creators all over the world- Analyze the results of launched content (CPM, ROI, CPA, etc)- Keep lead in emerging trends, technologies, and influencers- Be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity in the dedicated market- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channelsWHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR- Fluency in Polish and English- Fluency in additional languages will be considered an advantage- Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram & YouTube is a huge advantage- Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential- The ability to prioritize- Multitasking and analytical skills- Interest in fashion trends- Excellent communication skillsSALARY: 1745-2300 EUR/Month GROSSEXTRA SWEETENERSEpic Team-Buildings: Enjoy team-building activities, including our all-talked-about Summer Fest and Christmas parties.Annual Workation: Pack your laptop and join us for an epic workation that blends work and play, recharging your batteries and sparking creativity.Invest in Your Growth: Point us to any event, course, book, or mentor that will boost your skills, and we'll take care of it.
