Lesson Creation & InnovationDevelop engaging, structured, and interactive lesson plans for English and Writing programmes.Regularly update and improve curriculum materials based on student progress, teacher feedback, and educational trends.Maintain quality of curriculum content in clarity, accuracy, and consistency.Ensure lessons are error-free, high-quality, and aligned with academic objectives2. Collaboration & GrowthWork closely with the curriculum team to develop lesson content.Contribute to special projects such as teacher training materials, workshops, and curriculum innovation initiatives.Support business initiatives (as needed), including trial lessons and marketing materials that drive student enrollment3. Teaching & Student EngagementConduct 5 online classes weekly according to prepared protocols & worksheets, fostering a dynamic learning experience.Maintain quality of teaching and marking standards, as required.Expected Outcomes High-Quality Curriculum Delivery: Ensure all lesson materials are error-free, well-structured, and effective, resulting in improved student performance and engagement Innovative and Engaging Content: Contribute to curriculum innovation by introducing fresh ideas and creative lesson experiences Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work seamlessly with the curriculum team to meet project deadlines and refine curriculum materials.
