Lesson Creation & InnovationDevelop engaging, structured, and interactive lesson plans for English and Writing programmes.Regularly update and improve curriculum materials based on student progress, teacher feedback, and educational trends.Maintain quality of curriculum content in clarity, accuracy, and consistency.Ensure lessons are error-free, high-quality, and aligned with academic objectives2. Collaboration & GrowthWork closely with the curriculum team to develop lesson content.Contribute to special projects such as teacher training materials, workshops, and curriculum innovation initiatives.Support business initiatives (as needed), including trial lessons and marketing materials that drive student enrollment3. Teaching & Student EngagementConduct 5 online classes weekly according to prepared protocols & worksheets, fostering a dynamic learning experience.Maintain quality of teaching and marking standards, as required.Expected Outcomes High-Quality Curriculum Delivery: Ensure all lesson materials are error-free, well-structured, and effective, resulting in improved student performance and engagement Innovative and Engaging Content: Contribute to curriculum innovation by introducing fresh ideas and creative lesson experiences Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work seamlessly with the curriculum team to meet project deadlines and refine curriculum materials. Effective Class Instruction Deliver engaging and impactful online classes, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student growthWhat We re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)Skills & Experience=Minimum 1 year of experience in Curriculum writing/Educational content developmentMinimum 2 years of experience in English teachingStrong proficiency in English language and writing skillsExperience in online teaching and creating engaging lesson plans is a plusAbility to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsProficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and MS OfficeStrong collaboration skills for working with remote teamsKey Attributes Self-motivated & proactive Able to work independently in a remote setting.
