The Role

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will own and evolve Arta’s enterprise technology stack. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic problem-solving, ensuring our employees have a seamless technology experience while maintaining the highest standards of security and operational excellence. You will partner closely with security, infrastructure, and business teams to drive automation, standardization, and innovation across Arta’s enterprise IT environment.

Hiring Manager: Chief of Staff based in Singapore

What You Will Do

• Drive automation for endpoint management and enterprise workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Establish a robust approach to enterprise asset management and security, ensuring full lifecycle visibility and compliance.

• Streamline global procurement of enterprise assets and services, anticipating business needs and scaling with growth.

• Collaborate on observability platforms to provide a real-time pulse of the enterprise environment.

• Lead security initiatives for the enterprise, strengthening defenses and promoting a secure-by-design culture.

• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) approaches to manage and scale enterprise solutions.

• Provide world-class support to Arta employees for their enterprise technology needs, enabling productivity across global teams.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of experience in a comparable role.

• Knowledge of endpoint management tools

• Experience procuring assets across a variety of platforms (windows, mac, office equipment)

• Experience in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Go, Powershell, etc.) or infrastructure as code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, etc)

• Strong knowledge of enterprise operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)

• Strong written skills to aid in building the documentation for various platforms and operating models

• Desired:

  • Experience with cloud hosting platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP)

  • Experience managing or deploying assets in a zero trust environment

  • Experience managing Enterprise SaaS applications
