Full Job Description
Build something monumental for Healthcare!
At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!
About the Role
You’re the kind of person who notices when things are inefficient, insecure, or manually repetitive and then fixes them before anyone has to ask.
At Tandem, we’re scaling quickly across teams and offices, and internal IT is becoming increasingly important to how we operate. We’re looking for a IT Specialist who enjoys owning the day-to-day while also improving the bigger picture over time. Someone who likes helping people, but who also naturally thinks about automation, scalability, and security.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure our internal systems and employee IT experience work smoothly as we grow. That means everything from onboarding new hires and managing devices to improving identity management, automating workflows, and driving internal IT projects forward.
You’ll be part of our security team, while working closely with our IT Lead and stakeholders across the company. We’re looking for someone pragmatic and operational who can balance speed, security, and usability in a fast-moving environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building structure where needed, and operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Experience working with MDM / endpoint management platforms such as Kandji, Intune, Jamf, or similar
Strong understanding of both macOS and Windows environments
Experience managing users and access at scale
Familiarity with identity providers and SSO solutions such as Okta, Entra ID, or Google Workspace
A strong ownership mentality, you naturally take initiative and drive things forward
A proactive mindset around automation and operational improvements
Experience implementing or maintaining internal IT systems and tooling
Good understanding of IT security fundamentals and secure device/application management
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders
A service-minded and low-prestige approach — you enjoy helping people and being close to the business
