What You’ll Do:
As a Service Desk Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance and provide high-quality support for hardware, software, and network issues across Mac and Windows environments. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, manage incidents in IT ticketing systems, support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 applications, and assist with user accounts, system maintenance, and documentation. You will collaborate with the IT team, educate end-users on best practices, and help ensure the smooth operation of billups’ IT systems.
What you'll bring:

1–2 years of proven experience in a service desk or IT support role.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 applications.
Solid understanding of Mac and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and configuration.
Familiarity with IT ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshservice, or similar.
Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and balance competing demands.
