We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join our automation company. This role is responsible for accurately processing and managing invoices related to shipments, freight charges, and deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of transportation-related invoicing, and experience using accounting software. Key Responsibilities Invoice Processing
Review and verify freight invoices from carriers and customers.
Confirm accuracy of transport, fuel, and additional service charges.
Enter invoice data into the company s accounting system.
Payment Tracking
Monitor outstanding invoices and support payment scheduling.
Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely payments and receipts.
Record Keeping
