Your Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth fundamental research and strategic due diligence on both publicly listed and privately held software & technology companies
Perform financial analysis and build quantitative models, complemented by qualitative insights from expert interviews
Monitor identified companies on a regular basis and support the screening of new opportunities
Prepare and deliver high-quality research materials, including strategic assessments, financial analysis, and communication documents for internal and external stakeholder
Collaborate closely with a high-caliber team, including experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants, to enhance research quality and investment decision-making
Lead expert interviews in English and clearly communicate key findings to inform multi-million investment decisions
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the team
Continuously grow within the team, taking on increasing responsibilities and developing as a strong, well-rounded professional
Your Qualifications:
You are a Tier 1 business school graduate specialized in strategy/corporate finance/investment.
You have relevant 1-2 years of experience in strategic or management consulting, corporate strategy, and finance (with several internships in finance/tech/startup or corporate company)
You possess sharp analytical skills and a strategic mindset—you know how to identify key inputs, connect the dots, and uncover meaningful insights
You have strong oral and written communication skills in English. French, Italian or German language ability is a plus
You like working in a small team with a high level of exposure, responsibilities, and impact.
You want to learn fast; you are proactive and self-motivated.
