What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)

• Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities aligned with strategic and mission-driven goals
  

• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessments across various sectors
  

• Partner with portfolio companies to drive strategic growth and value creation
  

• Build and nurture authentic relationships with founders, management teams, and co-investors
  

• Collaborate with investment committees and leadership teams to shape portfolio strategy
  

• Integrate inner work values such as discernment, presence, and long-term stewardship into investment approaches
  

• Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are

• 3–10+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or related fields
  

• Strong financial, strategic, and operational acumen with a founder- and operator-friendly mindset
  

• Skilled at navigating uncertainty and making principled, informed investment decisions
  

• Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about aligning capital with positive impact
  

• Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
  

• Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
  

Bonus Points

• Prior experience at mission-driven investment firms or impact-focused funds
  

• Operator experience at high-growth companies
  

• Deep networks in values-aligned or emerging sectors (e.g., climate, health, education, consciousness-related innovation)
