About the Role

Integrations are at the core of Singular’s platform and growth. As an Integration Engineer, you will serve as a technical specialist working closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to design, deploy, and maintain high-quality integrations.

This role requires strong technical expertise, effective project management, and a solution-oriented mindset. You will manage multiple integration initiatives while acting as a trusted technical authority both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary integration expert for partners and customers, and act as an escalation point for internal global teams.

  • Design, document, and deploy integration specifications using internal tools; collaborate closely with R&D on complex or custom integrations.

  • Partner with Data Operations to investigate and resolve integration and data flow issues, improving platform stability and performance.

  • Work with Support teams to differentiate between integration-related issues and client-side implementation errors.

  • Maintain and enhance Singular’s Knowledge Base with clear, partner-specific technical documentation.

  • Contribute to the technical growth, best practices, and maturity of the Integration team.

  • Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in an external-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services).

  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, including defining and validating integration specifications using tools such as Postman.

  • Strong understanding of HTTP protocols and experience with debugging and tracing tools (e.g., browser developer tools, network inspectors).

  • Working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PHP).

  • Solid understanding of database structures and proficiency in SQL for analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, well-documented solutions.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly ramp up on complex technical concepts with minimal guidance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital advertising, particularly mobile advertising.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Zendesk.

  • Knowledge of Android and/or iOS SDKs and common integration patterns.

Why Join Singular

  • Work on a mission-critical product used by leading global brands.

  • Collaborate with highly skilled, cross-functional teams across the world.

  • Opportunity to shape and scale a core function within the company.

  • Continuous learning and growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
